Del. 3.1.1 – The energy efficiency upgrade in two schools in Pella is in its final phase

The Lead Beneficiary of the project enpol-ee, Municipality of Pella, will soon have two schools of secondary education totally upgraded in terms of energy efficiency. The work is in the Secondary Education Schools of Kariotissa and Neos Milotopos is in full progress and the schools will be ready in time for the new school year. New openings (doors and windows) have been put in the two schools that respect the new legislation for energy efficiency and will provide better conditions of thermal comfort to the students.

According to the signed contracts, the budget of the works of energy efficiency in the two schools is 211.805,99 euros, while the overall budget of the “enpol-ee” project for the Municipality of Pella being 404.152,65 euros. These funds are 85 percent’s provided by the European Union and 15 percent are from national co-financing.
