Del. 4.3.2 Competitions for students in Pella and Negotino

Two cross border competitions are taking place in Pella and Negotino, organized by the Culture and Development Public Benefit Corporation of the Municipality of Pella.

The contest theme is the energy efficiency improvement and its immediate positive impact on the environment. “Energy efficiency” refers to energy consuming activities, mainly related to buildings and their outdoor spaces, as well as to equipment of all kinds (eg cars, domestic equipment, etc.).

Students are asked to think of (a) ways to improve the energy efficiency of their homes and (b) ways to save energy in their homes, and then represent these ideas in original artworks and photographs.

The students of the Junior High Schools of the two Municipaties can participate with an original art work (painting, collage, model etc).

The students of the High Schools of the two Municipalities can participate with an original photograph.

The top three participations of each competition will receive an award that will be audiovisual equipment that will be installed in the winners’ classrooms.
